摘要: Maturity model has been increasingly approached by several researchers from various research areas in order to develop models that could assess the strengths and weaknesses of a system and/or process, scripts for improvement. Additionally, they pursue development process with desirable goals, such as set resources or practices, resulting more mature organization system. This study provides an overview maturity models' literature their main features while employing bibliometric analyses publications 2004 through 2014 aiming identify scientific gaps would serve guides future research. The analyses' results reveal are highly applied project management seeking processes systems improvement, can also be described adaptable which used areas, seen section. Therefore, contribution this paper is make evolution subject its importance better known, thus encouraging use researches, improvement current model.
