摘要: Unequal error protection is one of the key tools in video communication systems operating over error-prone networks. In order to allow unequal a bit-stream, codewords have be categorized according their importance visual quality. The proposed sub-picture coding method allows partitioning images regions interest and helps maintain good image quality chosen regions. As an example, scheme applied multicast Internet streaming. It shown that overall subjective objective foreground are considerably better when compared selected conventional schemes.
