摘要: miRNAs are regulators of gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. The multifunctional properties these molecules make them potential targets for controlling behavior tumor cells. Thousands types microRNAs have been identified. Their profiles significantly alter during malignant transformation In this study, we investigated effect miR-106a functional inhibition on growth, viability and death melanoma level monitored with a microarray was enhanced in cells melanocytic nevi. Its did not affect cell proliferation, viability, migration, but increased invasive activity clonogenicity. miRNA alterations other tumors role melanoma, as well pathologies, discussed.
