摘要: This article provides an introduction to the special issue of Ageing International on Aging in Community by putting related issues perspective order maintain a comprehensive understanding changing fields aging, family, community, and social policy. Going beyond current trend “aging place” (AIP), it reviews community care that once dominated policy dialog United Kingdom, as well service was regarded main solution reformist China. The case States is also highlighted reviewing scholarly interest support. By citing America’s “non-system” support for disabled elderly persons, recognizes outstanding feature AIP, is, “buy-in” from industry or commercial sector terms its role promoting aging at home.
