摘要: Large-scale fabrication of high-purity and uniform Zn nanowires was obtained via thermal evaporation. The resulting were characterized confirmed by means an x-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, transmission microscope energy-dispersive spectroscope. An analysis the characterization indicates that high yield zinc have serpentine geometries, with lengths up to several micrometres diameters about 50 nm. selected area diffraction pattern high-resolution microscopy image demonstrate perfect crystallinity growth direction [0001]. Owing low content oxygen in as-prepared products, their photoluminescence spectrum measured; it exhibits a significant blue shift. Up now, such optical properties from been little reported.
