Apparatus Developments of Ultrasonic Vibration-Assisted Microabrasive Waterjet Polishing

摘要: The experiment apparatus of ultrasonic vibration-assisted microabrasive waterjet polishing is developed. simulation model nozzle analyzed with the help ANSYS software. result shows that vibration leads to a good maximum frequency value 20908 Hz obtained at outlet nozzle, and type axial mode. Then amplitude developed are tested using transducer impedance analyzer laser displacement sensor. measured indicates 19099 Hz 22 μm, which means well satisfies work requirements. verifying experimental helps enhance machining ability abrasive waterjet, removal material volume erosion depth increased obviously.
