摘要: Aim: Nanovesicles (NVs) conjugating ligands can deliver to the specific nidus. We designed a nanosystem targeting injectable niosomes liver for examining biodistribution. Methodology: Vitamin A and antiplatelet-derived growth factor receptor antibody were employed as be taken by hepatic stellate cells. The biodistribution in rats was visualized bioimaging. Results: significant accumulation detected antibody-embedded NVs at 2 h after dosing. vitamin embedded exhibited delayed (5 h). spleen, intestine kidneys nontargeted organs where loaded largely accumulated. antibody-loaded could lungs. nanocarriers increased silibinin uptake lungs fourfold than plain NVs. Conclusion: results have practical application better designing of active nanocarriers.
