摘要: In order to determine the quantitative relationship between sheet strength and lignin coverage at fiber surface, CTMP was blended with softwood bleached kraft pulp (BKP), refined BKP, hardwood BKP. The morphology of fibers, fibers properties, surface components relative bonded area sheets were investigated. Multi-linear regression equations tensile index internal bond established. results indicated that unbleached aspen surfaces covered by granules lignin, BKP predominated microfibrils. Fiber properties have a significant impact on index. RBA had greater IBS than coverage. For samples tested, 1% increase in would lead 0.48N•m/g decrease 5.32×10-3 J/m2 strength.
