摘要: Adult green mice marrow stromal cells were co-cultured with hippocampal slices. Differentiation to neuron-like or non-neuron-like occurred exclusively inside slice boundaries starting at day 3, and then decreased gradually over 35 days. Neuron-like tended form network-like connections around 14. The use of retinoic acid greatly increased the number differentiated cells, most effective concentration was 10(-6) M. NeuN immunohistochemistry positive in 9.6+/-1.7% morphologically cells. Both GFAP Iba1 immunostaining negative. We concluded that bone can be into neurons, direct contact host brain tissue is essential for this occur. Retinoic significantly increases as has been reported other stem
