摘要: The research objective are the assessment and increase in efficiency of treatment tunnel neuropathy upper extremities at patients aged from 60 years also more senior. Material methods - examination subsequent 115 age category senior with compression pathology nerves extremity. Diagnostic process included clinical examination, an ultrasonography, electroneuromyography (EMG). Results total number cases is 140 due to multiple combined several channels 25 cases. All a had performed open decompression nerve . excellent result was received 32 (27.8%) patients, good 68 (59.1%) cases, satisfactory 13 (11.3%) unsatisfactory 2 (1.7%) patients. conclusion expeditious elderly allows improve quality life gives low level complications.
