摘要: Background: Results of open and endoscopic carpal tunnel surgery were compared with many studies done previously. To the best our knowledge, difference in pain after release (ECTR) (OCTR) has not been objectively documented literature. The aim study was to compare intensity early postoperative period patients undergoing OCTR versus those ECTR. Materials Methods: Fifty diagnosed syndrome randomized into two groups using “random number generator” software (Research Randomizer, version 3.0); group [(21 female, 1 male; mean age 49 years (range 31–64 years)] [(25 3 45.1 29–68 received release. Surgery performed under regional intravenous anesthesia. patients' level assessed at st , 2 nd 4 th 24 hours a visual analog scale (VAS) score. Results: Mean age, gender duration symptoms found similar for both groups. Boston functional scores improved ( P revealed significantly low VAS = 0.003, Conclusion: Endoscopic is an effective treatment method vis-a-vis relief.
