摘要: The oxygen heterocyclic compounds (coumarins, psoralens and polymethoxylated flavones) present in the nonvolatile residue of essential oils Mandarin, Sweet Orange, Bitter Bergamot Grapefruit were analysed with an HPLC/API/MS system equipped APcI probe positive mode. use hyphenated techniques, such as LC/MS provides a great information about content nature constituents natural complex matrices, oils. In this work, MS spectra recorded at different voltages, to obtain structural addition molecular weight information. response identified has been also evaluated. method allowed confirmation identification main components fraction, previously reported for characteristics coumarins, flavones substitution patterns determined on basis obtained interface. Interface parameters optimised contemporaneous all three classes components.
