摘要: Abstract In this paper, the lower-bound techniques of limit analysis are applied to obtain lateral earth pressures rigid retaining walls subjected earthquake forces. The well-known Mononobe–Okabe is a direct modification coulomb wedge analysis. analysis, effects replaced by quasi-static inertia force whose magnitude computed on basis seismic coefficient concept. This paper describing an analytical solution investigate affect walls, using mathematical relations based lower bound method. exact can be obtained use different admissible stress fields in regions media divided discontinuity surfaces. process included calculation direction and passive pressure. Numerical results proposed algorithm presented some practical dimensionless graphs.
