摘要: The distribution of frequencies normal vibrations in the graphite lattice has been obtained closed form for low temperatures two‐dimensional approximation values (α, β, 0) and α/2) force constants γ) nearest, second‐nearest, third‐nearest neighbors. run from 0 to a finite value ωmax, with two logarithmic peaks their density. specific heat calculated special sets constant ratios. Deviations T2 dependence set at much lower than predicted by Debye theory. Comparison experiment leads numerical θ=ℏωmax/k, which therefore also α one macroscopic elastic constants, c44, may be calculated. θ ωmax appear very sensitive assumed ratios, c44 less so.
