摘要: Abstract —The contributing role of vascular endothelium in the development hypertension-related damage is well accepted. Salt-sensitive hypertension characterized by a cluster renal, hormonal, and metabolic derangements that might favor cardiovascular renal damage. To evaluate endothelial involvement salt-sensitive essential hypertension, plasma levels several markers such as endothelin-1 (ET-1), von Willebrand factor (vWf), soluble (S-) adhesion molecules E-selectin, intercellular molecule-1 (ICAM-1), cell (VCAM-1), 24-hour urinary albumin excretion (UAE) were measured 39 nondiabetic, nonobese, never-treated hypertensive patients after intermediate (120 mmol/d), high (220 low (20 mmol/d) NaCl diets. Patients classified salt sensitive (n=18) or resistant (n=21) according to their blood pressure responses changes dietary intake. hypertensives showed higher ET-1 ( P
