摘要: Recent research suggest the both D1 and D2 dopamine (DA) receptors play an important role in behavioral effects of psychomotor stimulants. The present study utilized selective DA antagonists to examine cocaine on milk intake rats. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were given access a solution (2:1 tap water:Bordens sweetened condensed milk) for 15 min each day. When was stable, dose-response functions determined (4.0-32 mg/kg, IP, 10 presession) administered alone or combination with antagonist SCH 23390 (0.12-0.5 30 raclopride (0.25-1.0 presession). As control serotonin (5-HT2) 23390, 5-HT2 ketanserin (4.0-16 mg/kg) evaluated as well. To nonspecific drug fluid consumption, water separate group All drugs decreased when alone. Both attenuated at least one dose cocaine. Ketanserin did not alter These results that stimulation D2, but 5-HT2, is involved
