摘要: Legislation in Europe has been adopted to determine and improve the ecological integrity of inland coastal waters. Assessment is based on four biotic groups, including benthic macroinvertebrate communities. For lakes, invertebrates have recognized as one most difficult organism groups use assessment, hitherto their assessment limited. In this study, we review intercalibrate 13 invertebrate-based tools across Europe. These address different human impacts: acidification (3 methods), eutrophication morphological alterations (2 a combination last two (5 methods). intercalibration, methods were grouped into intercalibration according habitat sampled putative pressure. Boundaries 'good status' compared harmonized using direct or indirect comparison approaches. To enable methods, three common pressure indices biological multimetric developed for larger geographical areas. Additionally, identified best-performing responsiveness impacts. Based these experiences, provide practical recommendations development harmonization invertebrate lakes similar habitats.
