摘要: Aim: We investigated the effects of TORC1/2 kinase inhibitors on colorectal cancer (CRC) cell lines. Materials & methods: Using selective inhibitors, rapamycin and PP242, we assessed their effect growth CRC cells in vitro tumor vivo. Results: Rapamycin PP242 inhibit proliferation induce apoptosis cells. They also enhance proapoptotic conventional chemo drug doxorubicin vitro. When combined with doxorubicin, almost completely phosphorylation Akt, ribosomal S6 kinase, 4EBP1 mTOR. Conclusion: Our study suggests may be a useful therapeutic agent inhibiting mTOR signaling pathway represents new targeted therapy for CRC.
