Using visuals to explore the contextual aspects of user-product interactions

摘要: Experience underlies all kinds of human knowledge and it is dependent on context. People’s experience within a particular context-of-use determines how they interact with products. Methods employed in this research to elicit have included the use visuals. This paper describes two empirical studies that visual representation concepts as means explore experiential contextual component user- product interactions. One study visuals participants produced during study. The other researcher used prompts focus group session. demonstrates using design valuable for exploring understanding aspects its influence people’s use.
