摘要: PURPOSE To identify the optical coherence tomography biomarkers that can collectively predict probability of collapse or reduction drusenoid pigment epithelium detachment (PED). METHODS This consecutive observational case series reviewed clinical data 24 eyes with non-neovascular PED. Among study population, 17 showed The mean follow-up duration was 44.8 ± 24.6 months. Optical tomography-derived parameters were analyzed at baseline, last available visit before PED, first after and final visit. RESULTS subfoveal choroidal thickness a significant decrease PED most recent (P = 0.015). Migration retinal cells detected in 15 (88.2%) reduction; however, there no significance frequency migration each time point 0.392). Non-neovascular subretinal fluid 7 (41.2%) reduction, 2 (11.8%) Interestingly, appeared more frequently just 0.029). CONCLUSION We found evidence thinning finding might be useful for detection prediction progression
