摘要: The effect of nuclear dominance in monokaryotic oidium formation from dikaryotic mycelia inPholiota nameko was examined. Over 90% isolates were monokaryotic. Although only one parental type recovered an average about 80% these isolates, the selection process seems essentially to produce split composition products. hierarchy relative among types dikaryons determined. two hierarchies between and mycelium coincided at a level least 75%.
