摘要: We recorded motor responses evoked by transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in the masseter muscles of 30 patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), 10 cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) and 22 age-matched normal controls. Responses to direct activation trigeminal root (R-MEPs) were both ALS CSM patients. cortico-bulbar descending fibers (C-MEPs) absent or delayed 19 (63.3%). Abnormalities C-MEPs more frequent than abnormalities limb MEPs could be observed (77.8%) without (41.7%) clinical bulbar signs.
