摘要: Resume Le diagnostic de SLA est etabli sur les criteres revises d’El Escorial, qui impliquent une atteinte diffuse du premier et deuxieme motoneurone. La mise en evidence l’atteinte motoneurone clinique mais problematique. L’etablissement d’un precoce doit cependant permettre prise charge efficace adaptee la maladie. Pour cela, spectroscopie RMN l’IRM diffusion constituent des outils diagnostiques prometteurs necessitant etudes populations plus larges patients standardisation techniques d’examen. Il n’existe pas marqueur fiable dans le serum ou LCR. existe par contre un musculaire, Nogo-A, semble tres prometteur necessite confirmation complementaires pour determiner specificite, sensibilite valeurs predictives. stimulation magnetique transcrânienne, l’examen plusieurs territoires anatomiques (faisceau cortico-bulbaire 4 membres) augmenter probabilite trouver infraclinique motoneurone, periode silence etant sensible. technique triple prometteuse d’etre confirmee d’autres equipes.
