摘要: As part of the SEARCH Collaborating Study Group International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), a population-based case-control study cancer pancreas was conducted in Montreal, interviewing 179 patients and controls matched age, sex, language (French) selected by modified random-digit dialing method. Results showed positive strong association between cigaret smoking pancreatic cancer. Total fat, particularly saturated cholesterol consumption excess energy derived from fat were associated with risk; dietary fiber intake, retinol equivalent, β-carotene, vitamin C, calcium inverse risk.
