摘要: As we have documented, up to 10% of cases pancreatic cancer occur as a result an inherited genetic predisposition. This incidence susceptibility is higher than reported for all other syndromes. Furthermore, given that the penetrance genes identified date low and development in affected individuals occurs later life, estimate basis low. In considering true frequency predisposition it important take into account fact changes associated with adenocarcinoma detailed this review been within past 10 years.
