摘要: Frequency-dependent conductivity and phase-resolved harmonic-mixing studies are reported on alloys of the linear-chain compound (${\mathrm{TaSe}}_{4}$${)}_{2}$I with Nb in microwave millimeter-wave spectral range. The frequency-dependent is evaluated charge-density-wave (CDW) state, collective-mode response analyzed terms a harmonic-oscillator an effective mass ${\mathit{m}}^{\mathrm{*}}$, pinning frequency ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\omega}}}_{0}$, relaxation time ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\tau}}}^{\mathrm{*}}$ as parameters. We find that magnitude, temperature, concentration dependence ${\mathit{m}}^{\mathrm{*}}$ well described mean-field description dynamical CDW response. ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\omega}}}_{0}$ increases increasing impurity x, suggestive strong-impurity pinning. also evaluate temperature ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\tau}}}^{\mathrm{*}}$, compare this parameter various models.
