Electrical and dielectric properties of the Li 1.5Na0.5WO4 compound

摘要: Abstract In the context to determinate electrical proprieties of new composition Li 1.5 Na 0.5 WO 4 compound we have synthesized and characterized this by X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, calorimetric study impedance spectroscopy. The purity is showed diffraction which indicates that material has a monoclinic structure with P 2/ m space group lattice parameters are: a = 15.914 A, b = 7.191 A, c = 12.628 A β = 114.313°. All modes vibrations 2− tetrahedral appear in spectrum. dielectric studies show single phase transitions at 501 K. spectroscopy shows contribution grain allows choosing an equivalent circuit modeled parallel combination resistance (R), capacitance (C) constant element (CPE). variation σ g dc as function temperature confirms transition observed study. conduction mechanism two phases first (I) described OLPT model second CBH model.
