摘要: Abstract The antibacterial Cu-bearing 304L stainless steel is a new kind of structural and functional integrated metal material. In this work, evolution behavior passive film different heat treated immersed in 0.5 M H2SO4 solution was investigated by using electrochemical measurements, atomic force microscopy (AFM) observation X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis. results show that the aging samples have similar polarization behaviors. impedance experiences an initial decrease within 7 days followed subsequent increase, while defect density presents opposite trend. Meanwhile, surface morphology estimated thickness confirm it dissolution follow-up repair. Furthermore, Cr3+ content undergoes sequential reduction to however variation tendency Cu2+ just opposite, indicating Cr Cu reflects competitive process addition, compared with samples, aged bigger icorr value rougher film. This indicates more compact stable.
