Microstructure and Chemical Composition of Boron Nitride Fibers

摘要: Boron nitride(BN) fibres were synthesized by modified technique of Economy’s method. The products characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) absorption spectroscopy, field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) and photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). results showed that BN fibers mainly hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN) with diameters 5-8 μm the major compositions are B N a very small amount O C. At last, chemical composition samples determined analysis test method like GB/T 16555-2008 GJB 507-1998.
