摘要: Abstract Objective Wiskott–Aldrich syndrome protein family verprolin-homologous 1 (WAVE1) has been implicated in cancer cell migration and invasion. We have previously shown that the overexpression of WAVE1 epithelial ovarian (EOC) tissues is associated with a poor prognosis. However, mechanism regulating malignant behaviors EOC remains unclear. Methods In present study, we knocked down expression SKOV3 OVCAR-3 cells through RNA interference to detect biology molecular changes. Moreover, western-blot was used investigate underlying proliferative invasive cells. Results The down-regulation had significant effect on morphological silencing decreased migration, invasion, adhesion, colony formation proliferation vitro. addition, found inhibited vivo. Furthermore, our study also indicated PI3K/AKT p38MAPK signaling pathways might contribute promotion proliferation, Conclusions promote activation EOC.
