摘要: Purpose: WAVE1 belongs to the Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome family of proteins, which have an integral part in cell motility, a crucial step cancer metastasis. We investigated expression pattern and effects manipulating endogenous prostate cells.Materials Methods: protein normal specimens, lines was assessed using immunohistochemistry reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction, respectively. Hammerhead ribozyme transgenes were synthesized cloned into mammalian vector pEF6/V5-His TOPO TA, transfected by electroporation PC-3ΔW1R1/2 DU-145ΔW1R1/2 lines. In vitro invasion, adhesion growth assays used assess impact knockdown.Results: Immunohistochemistry tissue specimens showed that cytoplasm cells had stronger staining than epithelium.
