摘要: Genetic alterations involving TMPRSS2-ERG and deletion of key tumor suppressor genes are associated with development progression prostate cancer (PCa). However, less defined early events that may contribute to the high-risk metastatic cancer. Bioinformatic analysis existing genomic data from PCa patients revealed WAVE complex gene a greater likelihood recurrence.
