摘要: This is the protocol for a review and there no abstract. The objectives are as follows: Our primary objective to assess diagnostic accuracy (sensitivity specificity) of NAATs (both quantitative qualitative) early diagnosis people all ages with suspected HIV-1 -2 infections. We hypothesize that their will be good at later stage. We furthermore differences in between different molecular tests when evaluated against same reference standard. We defined detection period consistently one three weeks (Busch 1997; Fiebig 2003). The secondary this influence sources heterogeneity on performed, particular type HIV (HIV-1 or HIV-2), cut-off values, samples, healthcare setting, age participants, timing tests, investigate how time testing relates accuracy; study design features.
