摘要: Molecular archaebacteriology is now about to enter a manipulative phase. Many laboratories have contributed the development of methods for proper genetic analysis. Here we describe our efforts with Halobacteriurn volcanii. We nearly completed physical map genome this species, optimized procedures its transformation by exogenous DNA, and developed shuttle vectors alternately selectable maintainable in species Escherichia coli.
