摘要: This paper examines socio-cultural determinants (SCDs) linked to entrepreneurial capabilities (EC) among the Chagga and Sukuma Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Tanzania. A survey of 254 owner-managers was conducted Kilimanjaro Mwanza regions order collect quantitative data case studies for qualitative data. Descriptive statistics Binary Logistic Regression Model analysis were employed estimating effect SCDs on EC. Results show that values, social factors, beliefs, norms perceptions demonstrate positive effects while attitudes a negative EC Sukuma. However, results variation SCD between which is stronger than study concludes have its implication individuals exposed such are likely sounding The recommends policy makers should consider role undertaking.
