摘要: A new crossed molecular beam apparatus has been constructed for investigating polyatomic chemical reactions using the time-sliced ion velocity map imaging technique. unique design is adopted one of two sources and allows us to set up source either horizontally or vertically. This can be conveniently used produce versatile atomic radical beams from photodissociation as well electric discharge. Intensive H-atom with high speed ratio was produced by HI molecule reacted CD4 molecule. Vibrational-state resolved HD product distribution measured detecting CD3 product. Preliminary results were also reported on F+SiH4 reaction discharged F atom beam. These demonstrate that this instrument a powerful tool dynamics reactions.
