摘要: Alkaline saponification of entire sample matrixes for quantification alpha-, gamma-, delta-tocopherols (alpha-T, gamma-T, delta-T) and alpha-tocopherol acetate (alpha-TAc) was examined. High-performance liquid chromatography used to measure alpha-T, delta-T alpha-TAc in tocopherol standard solutions, milk ovine blood plasma. Saponification the presence vitamin C decreases concentration tocopherols, especially alpha-T gamma-T. The poor recovery tocopherols is due decomposition saponified or samples 2,[6]-ditertbutyl-p-cresol flushed only with a stream Ar resulted major decrease concentrations comparison C.
