摘要: We apply the concept of spoof surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) to design differential microstrip lines by introducing periodic subwavelength corrugations on their edges. The dispersion relation and field distribution those are analyzed numerically. And then through designing practical coupling circuits, we found that compared with conventional lines, electromagnetic can be strongly confined inside grooves corrugated so crosstalk between pair adjacent is greatly reduced, conversion from signal common mode also effectively suppressed. propagation length very long in a wide band. Moreover, experimental results time domain demonstrate perform well high-speed circuit. Therefore, novel kinds SPPs based widely utilized high-density microwave circuits guarantee integrity systems.
