摘要: The purpose of this study was to devise and test a path model that explains how background variables, physical capacity, psychosocial resources (locus control social network supportiveness) affect three well-being outcome measures—self-rated health, mental life satisfaction—among the old-old in Israel. A sample European-born persons aged seventy-five over, drawn randomly from population registry greater Tel Aviv area, administered structured questionnaire personal interviews (N = 194). findings confirm relationship between capacity is differentially mediated by resources, with different variable combinations predicting each respective facets well-being.
