摘要: Bei zahlreichen Untersuchungen schizophrener Patienten wurden Veranderungen der Komponente N1 akustisch evozierten Potentiale (AEP) gefunden. Die meisten Autoren beschrieben eine Zunahme N1-Latenz und keine Veranderung oder Verminderung N1-Amplitude (Roth et al. 1981, 1991, Sandman 1987). Unter neuroleptischer Behandlung wurde Abnahme beobachtet (Pfefferbaum 1989, Roth 1991).
