摘要: AbstractGlioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is an aggressive tumor with poor survival outcomes and limited treatment options. We conducted a literature review to compare the of intra-arterial (IA) intravenous (IV) chemotherapy delivery for GBM. Nine studies IA infusion 301 total patients met our criteria inclusion three contained IV groups comparison (n = 230 IA, n 71 IV). The were grouped by either using newly diagnosed or recurrent GBM patients. In group, produced statistically higher median overall (MOS; 16.3 months) compared (14.02 months).
