摘要: Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) or astrocytoma grade IV on WHO classification is the most aggressive and frequent of all primary brain tumors. multiforme, resistant to therapeutic interventions illustrating heterogeneity exhibited by this tumor in its every aspect, including clinical presentation, pathology, genetic signature. Current data treatment strategy GBM are presented focusing basic science key aspects like surgery, personal experience; adjuvant modalities: radiotherapy, chemotherapy, but also for experimental approaches. Therapeutic attitude recurrent widely discussed.
