摘要: Although meningiomas are known as slow-growing tumors, they can present accelerated growth pattern due to hormonal receptor expression during pregnancy. The authors a foramen magnum meningioma causing rapid life threatening neurological deterioration in 28-week pregnant woman. Possible treatment strategies for this rare clinical scenario also discussed.
