摘要: The antigenic profile of cell cultures infected with Marek's disease virus (MDV) was determined by the immunoblotting method using convalescent immune serum obtained from chickens that survived infection MDV strain GA5. antigen in lysates could be accurately since this has advantages over immunoprecipitation used other studies. We studied six very virulent isolates and prototype serotype 1 MDV, GA5 strain. Immunoblots NaDodSO4-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) performed under reducing conditions revealed a main viral (B) 120–130 kD, which present all isolates. Analysis proteins NaDodSO4-PAGE nonreducing conditions, 205 kD major antigen, which, identical to 130 antigen. unglycosylated precursors antigens were elucidated. Two polypeptides 43 45 found A (the glycosylated form appears 4 distinct bands). B three 80, 110, 125 kD.
