摘要: The study of the molecular biology Marek’s disease virus (MDV) started more than a decade ago when Lee et al. (1,2) characterized its DNA. However, progress in analysis structural proteins has been hampered by unusual cell-associated properties MDV and lack enveloped infectious particles cultured cells. For these reasons because shortage conditional lethal mutants, genetic functions classical approaches not possible. recent cloning (3,4) development monoclonal antibody to virus-specific epitopes (5,6) have provided alternative which hold great promise for furthering our understanding oncogenesis defining components their functions.
