摘要: The detection of anti-hepatitis A virus (HAV) antibody levels by diagnostic kits in the convalescent period disease generally use immunoglobulin G (IgG), which is expensive. An alternative to IgG Y (IgY), an encountered birds and reptiles. aim this study was develop a competitive immunoenzymatic assay measure total anti-HAV using IgY as capture conjugated immunoglobulins. For purpose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) optimal dilution HRP-conjugated antibodies evaluated establish immuneenzymatic assay. results obtained from our "in-house" were plotted on receiver operator curve, showed sensitivity 95% specificity 98.8%, demonstrating that developed "in house" could be used commercial assays utilise IgG.
