摘要: A brief multidimensional measure of adult picky eating (PE) behavior was developed using a large U.S. sample. In addition, the study explored associations between specific aspects PE and psychosocial impairment in effort to support inclusion adults Diagnostic Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders-Fifth Edition (DSM-5) avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). The included 3 phases qualitative quantitative data collection. Participants were 1,663 who completed online surveys. Exploratory confirmatory factor analyses used develop subscales.
