摘要: Background: The aim was to evaluate the association of plasma 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25-O H D) and vitamin binding protein (VDBP or Gc-globin) gene polymorphism with oxidant-antioxidant profiles in patients chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (CO PD), their role as biomarker risk factors susceptibility severity COPD. Methods: Eighty diagnosed CO PD (mild, moderate severe according lung function tests; FEV 1%) 80 healthy controls were included study. Serum nitric oxide (NO) lipid peroxide (LP), reduced glutathione (R G SH), superoxide dismutase (SO D), peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT) activity, 25-O VDBP analyzed all subjects.
