摘要: Absorbance and wavelength data which is generated by a liquid chromatography apparatus orthogonalized resampled cubic splining technique in order to provide smooth spectra curve showing absorbance versus wavelength, with the time factor eliminated. This has advantage of eliminating from any changes sample over time. The method results orthogonalization respect data. invention applicable analysis other than Higher or lower fitting techniques may be used instead method.
