摘要: AbstractThe trends in wind speed at a typical turbine hub height (80 m) are analyzed using the North American Regional Reanalysis (NARR) dataset for 1979–2009. A method, assuming profile lower boundary layer as power-law functions of altitude, is developed to invert power exponent (in equation) from NARR data and compute following variables 80 m that needed estimation interpretation trend speed: air density, zonal u, meridional υ, speed. Statistically significant positive annual found be predominant over contiguous United States, with spring winter being two largest contributing seasons.
